Greg Stocks is an artist form Utah…this is a marvelous interpretation in oil of a soft Utah landscape done in his studio after experiencing the time to view and develop the scene in his memory. He was featured in Brussels for two years in the US Embassy, has been collected widely and is one of the nicest most thoughtful young people I have met. Greg drives his art over to us from Salt Lake, shares the fun of hanging out in Basalt and brings with him a thoughtful soft spoken style as he digest the beauty around him.. I have seen him paint a more urban scene and was tickled by his style so sweeping and breathless applied to buildings and streets. Fun to be sure! And peaceful for me to have in my home.
